Terms of service
These terms govern your use of fancycafeai.org and the Fancy Cafe AI video generator. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Fancy Cafe AI turns two photos into a short AI-generated cafe scene. You choose two photos, a role pair and a format; the service sends them to an image-to-video model and returns an MP4. The model, the render time and the visual result can vary between runs. The service is not a video editor and does not accept a free-text prompt in the product.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your sign-in method secure, and for making sure the email address on the account is yours. One person should not share an account to avoid purchase limits or abuse controls.
3. Your photos and permissions
You may upload only photos that you own or have clear permission to use. By uploading a photo, you confirm that every person in it has agreed to appear in an AI-generated video and to the way you intend to share it. You must not upload photos of minors, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for the consequences of publishing a video that contains someone else’s likeness.
4. Credits and pricing
Every 21-second video costs 4 credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs: One video ($9.90, 4 credits), Three videos ($25.50, 12 credits) and Five videos ($37.50, 20 credits). Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future purchases. Credits never expire, are not a subscription, and are not transferable. A render that fails is refunded automatically to your credit balance.
5. Refunds
Failed renders are refunded automatically. For a successful render that is materially different from the description, contact support within 7 days. Unused credits may be reviewed for a refund under the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits a statutory consumer right that cannot be waived.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. In particular, you must not use the service to create sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, hate, harassment, fraud, impersonation or non-consensual likenesses, and you must not upload illegal content. We may refuse, remove or report content, suspend an account, or cancel an order when we believe these rules are being broken.
7. AI output and no guarantee
The video is generated by a machine-learning model. It may contain visual errors, may not reproduce a face exactly, and may differ from the sample or from a previous render. We do not guarantee that a video will be suitable for a particular purpose, will pass a platform’s review, or will be free of artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing the output before you publish it.
8. Your content and our licence
You keep ownership of your photos and of the video you generate, subject to the rights of anyone else shown in them. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit and display the photos and video only to provide the service, including sending them to the model and storage providers. We do not use your photos to train a public model and do not sell your content.
9. Our content
The site, its design, copy, code, brand and sample media are owned by Fancy Cafe AI or its licensors. You may not copy the site or resell the service. You may use the video you generate for personal or commercial posting, subject to the rights of the people shown and the rules of the platform where you post it.
10. Third-party services
Sign-in, payments, storage and rendering depend on third-party providers. Their availability is outside our control. If a provider outage causes a failed render, the credits are returned; we are not liable for a delay caused by a provider.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or is used to harm someone. If we close an account for a reason other than a violation, we will refund unused credits. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fancy Cafe AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost audience or platform penalties. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved in that claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Fancy Cafe AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer rights in your country of residence still apply. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top of the page changes with each version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
