Acceptable use policy
Fancy Cafe AI makes a comedy scene from photos. That only works if the people in the photos know about it and agree to it. This policy sets the rules for uploads, generated content and sharing.
1. Whose photos you may upload
- Your own photos.
- Photos of another adult who has given you clear permission to use them for this video.
You must be able to show that permission if we ask. “It was on the internet” is not permission.
2. Whose photos you may not upload
- Anyone under 18.
- Public figures, celebrities, politicians or influencers.
- Anyone who has not consented to an AI-generated video of themselves.
- Anyone in a private, intimate or compromising situation.
- Photos you do not own and are not licensed to use.
3. What you may not generate
- Sexual content, nudity or sexually suggestive material.
- Graphic violence, gore, self-harm or content that glorifies harm.
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats or humiliation of a real person.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation or false endorsements.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or “deepfake” pornography.
- Content that breaks the law, violates someone’s privacy, or infringes copyright or trademark.
- Content designed to evade a platform’s safety systems or this service’s moderation.
4. Sharing
When you post a video, make it clear that it is AI-generated if the context could mislead someone. Do not present the scene as real footage of the people in it. Do not use the video to imply that a person said, did or endorsed something they did not.
5. Minors
The service is for adults. Do not upload a photo of a child, and do not generate a video that places a child in the cafe scene. If we find a minor’s image, we will delete it and may close the account.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We use provider moderation and manual review. A photo or render may be refused before or after it is created. When we refuse content, we may return the credits, remove the file, suspend the account, or report the matter to the relevant authority. We may keep a minimal record of the decision to prevent repeat abuse.
7. Reporting abuse
If someone has used your photo without permission, or you find content that breaks this policy, email support@fancycafeai.org with the link or video ID and a short explanation. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and to remove confirmed abuse promptly.
8. Copyright and likeness complaints
If you own a photo or a work that appears on the site without permission, send us the URL, a description of the work, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We may remove the material while we review the complaint.
9. Account responsibility
You are responsible for every upload and render made from your account. If someone else uses your account, you are still responsible for the content unless you can show the account was compromised and you told us promptly.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. The effective date at the top of the page changes with each version.
